Welcome to Generator Bar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at generator.bar and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Generator Bar ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Generator Bar provides free online name and title generators for creative use, including but not limited to fantasy character names, business names, gaming usernames, place names, and other creative content. The Service is provided free of charge and without registration.

4. Generated Names and Commercial Use

Names and text produced by our generators are algorithmically generated and are provided "as-is" for your use. You are free to use generated names in any project, commercial or non-commercial, without attribution or licensing fees.

However, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Generated names may coincidentally match real persons, businesses, trademarks, or copyrighted works. We do not perform availability, trademark, or rights-clearance checks on generated output.
  • Before using any generated name commercially (especially as a brand, product, or business name), you are solely responsible for conducting your own trademark searches and legal due diligence.
  • We make no representation that any generated name is free of third-party rights or available for registration as a domain, trademark, or business name.
  • You assume all liability arising from your use of generated names.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, layout, source code, graphics, logos, generator algorithms, and editorial content (such as descriptions, FAQs, and SEO content), is the property of Generator Bar and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Generator Bar" name and logo are trademarks of Generator Bar.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

6. User-Submitted Content

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENERATOR BAR, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Any content obtained from or generated by the Service;

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Generator Bar regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Generator Bar relating to the Service.
